RULIP dozoring provides construction supervision, investor’s technical supervision, bank-funded project monitoring and construction advice. Services include site inspections and checks of work quality, materials, schedules, budgets and invoices.

Its customers include private and public investors, as well as a financing bank. The company provides services under a mandate agreement and offers advice on an hourly basis.

The company was founded in 2023 and is based in Oščadnica. Its principal, civil engineer Rudolf Lipták, states 25 years of experience and serves the Čadca–Žilina–Martin–Trenčín region.
