About RS Vision
RS Vision provides technical development services: equipment design, custom machine and device construction, prototype and small-series production, electrical and programming work, and 3D printing. It also offers project management for development and production orders, testing, technical support over the life of a device, and training workshops for technical schools and specialists.
Customers are automotive and industrial companies. Named partners include Škoda Auto, Škoda Motorsport and Hardwario. Since 2017 the company has worked with Škoda Auto on race car and passive safety systems development, and with its sister company GOODCASE it designed transport boxes for military logistics. Engagements start with an initial analysis, followed by a technical proposal with a schedule and cost calculation.
RS Vision was founded in 2017 by CEO Radek Sčensný, a former motorsport engineer. Its headquarters is in Jablonec nad Nisou, where it moved in July 2024; earlier it operated from Velké Hamry and a workshop in Držkov. Current job openings are for automotive and motorsport roles, including electrical engineers, race engine mechanics, an electronics developer and a team leader, mostly in Jablonec nad Nisou and Mladá Boleslav.
