About Rossum

Rossum builds an enterprise automation platform for transactional documents such as invoices, purchase orders and bills of lading. It receives documents via email, scanners, PEPPOL, EDI and shared drives, extracts and validates their data, and writes it to downstream ERP systems. The platform uses a proprietary transactional LLM that supports 276 languages and handwriting.

Its customers are enterprises that process large volumes of transactional paperwork; the website cites case studies from Wolt, Adyen, Morton Salt and the Port of Rotterdam Authority. Access is sold as subscription plans from Starter to Ultimate, with the Starter plan starting at $18,000 per year.

Rossum was founded in 2016 and is headquartered in Prague, Czech Republic. The website states 200+ employees across five global offices and 450+ customers. The company lists open roles in Prague for AI engineering and data science.

Product: Enterprise document automation platform that captures, validates and routes transactional documents and integrates with ERP systems such as SAP and Coupa.
