About Rome Studio
Rome Studio develops RECAP Engine, a context reconstruction technology that turns fragmented traces such as e-mails, files, meetings and CRM records into persistent, structured operational context. The engine keeps provenance and separates observed facts, inferred links, competing hypotheses and missing information.
Its first commercial application, Orkestr, is a context layer for assistants, agents and automations that work in company tools. Priority use cases include client files for accounting firms, consulting engagement memory and institutional memory. The company seeks validation partners: organisations with historical records, experts able to check results, and a real problem of information fragmentation.
Rome Studio is headquartered in Tallinn, Estonia, and was founded in 2025. The engine is at research and prototype stage, and its roadmap covers formalising the reconstruction model, evaluating it on reference cases, validating it with business partners, and extending it beyond Google Workspace and a single sector.
Product: RECAP Engine context reconstruction technology and Orkestr, a context layer for enterprise AI assistants and agents.
