About Riskbridge Associates
Riskbridge Associates Ltd advises on market risk, primarily interest rate, foreign exchange and inflation risk, in infrastructure and project finance transactions. Services include transaction advisory from the early stages of a financing, board-level market risk strategy, valuation of interest rate, FX, cross-currency and inflation derivatives, commercial due diligence and feasibility studies, distress and insolvency advice, dispute resolution, and training.
Clients include developers, infrastructure and private equity funds, pension funds, insurance companies, sovereign wealth funds, development finance institutions, sovereign and local governments and state-owned entities. Work is delivered as transaction-based engagements as well as strategy- and portfolio-level advisory. The firm also provides English law expert witness services and is a member of the UK Register of Expert Witnesses.
Riskbridge was established in 2017 by Rob Dornton-Duff, its Managing Director, who previously led infrastructure derivatives advisory teams at Chatham Financial and Barclays Capital. Its headquarters are in Ipswich, Suffolk, and it also has a London office. Paul Herd joined as Managing Director of the London office. Current openings are for an analyst in infrastructure and project finance derivatives advisory and an associate/VP in derivatives advisory, with London and hybrid options.
