About Rideer Nordic
Rideer Nordic Oy operates a platform that connects passengers needing charter bus or taxi transport with transport operators. Its services include Tilausajot.net for charter ride quote requests in Finland, Bokabuss.nu for charter rides in Sweden, Tilaataksi.fi for comparing and pre-ordering taxi rides, Taksinumerot.fi for finding taxi numbers, and Pikavuorot.fi for comparing bus and train schedules and prices. It also develops SynergyBus, an online service where charter bus and taxi companies receive quote requests.
Customers are travellers and groups who order transport, and bus and taxi operators who receive ride requests through SynergyBus. Tilausajot.net states that quote requests are free of charge for customers and that one request reaches a network of over 150 bus and taxi companies. SynergyBus is described as a network of over 170 operators. Kelataksi.fi lists taxi numbers for taxi orders supported by Kela, the Finnish social insurance institution.
The company was founded in 2011 in Finland as Aittakoodi Oy and is headquartered in Kotka, Finland. The website describes its ambition to expand across the Nordics, beginning with Finland and Sweden.
Product: Online request-for-quote and booking services linking passengers with charter bus and taxi operators, plus taxi and public transport comparison sites.
