About Retoflow

Retoflow develops a platform for modelling, simulating and planning electricity and pipeline networks. It combines data from GIS, ERP and measurement systems into computational network models, using pandapower and pandapipes as its foundation.

Customers include network operators, municipal utilities and engineering firms. The company supports digitalisation and automation of network planning and operation processes.

Retoflow was founded in August 2021 as a spin-off of Fraunhofer IEE and the University of Kassel. It is based in Kassel and has 20 team members; current vacancies include roles in information security and office, finance and HR support.
