Retailgrid

Retailgrid builds a pricing platform for retail teams that combines a spreadsheet-style workspace, AI pricing agents and live competitor price monitoring. Users set margin floors, competitor positions and markdown rules, receive recommended prices, and approve or reject them before they are published to the store. Connectors cover Shopify, Magento, BigCommerce, WooCommerce, Lightspeed and NetSuite, with CSV import and an API.

The customers are pricing teams at mid-market retailers, which the company describes as retailers with €10M–€500M in revenue. Pricing is sold as subscriptions: a free tier, a Starter plan at €349 per month, a Growth plan at €1,999 per month, and custom Enterprise plans. Competitor price monitoring is offered as a separate layer.

Retailgrid Oy was founded in 2026 and is headquartered in Helsinki, based at the Maria 01 startup campus. Its founders are CEO Maxim Morozov and CTO Dmitrii Suvorov.
