About Restate
Restate builds a durable execution runtime, shipped as a single self-contained Rust binary, for AI agents, workflows and backend services. It offers durable functions, virtual objects, queues and durable RPC, timers and signals, flow control and operational control of executions, with SDKs for TypeScript, Python, Java, Go, Kotlin, Rust and Ruby.
The runtime is available as open-source software for self-hosting, as Restate Cloud, a fully managed offering, and as Restate BYOC, managed in the customer's own cloud. Named customers include Replit, Coralogix and a Fortune-100 US bank. The company is registered in the United States.
