About Remeslo strojal
Remeslo strojal, s.r.o., part of the REMESLO group, is a mechanical engineering company in Žiar nad Hronom, Slovakia. Its activities include machining of large-diameter, heavy parts on CNC lathes and machining centres, contract manufacturing of steel structures, melting furnaces, truck superstructures and tractor chassis, and crane manufacturing from customer drawings.
The company also performs general overhauls of electrolysers for SLOVALCO, a.s., repairs anode rods and crane equipment, and runs a welding school. Customers include industrial companies in Slovakia and abroad; recent deliveries include a furnace shipment to France and galvanised separators to Canada.
The company was founded in 2003 and is headquartered in Žiar nad Hronom. It reports 14,000 m² of production area, 89 production machines and 234 employees. Current openings are for turners, horizontal milling and CNC machine operators, and a machining quality inspector.
