About ReBio Technologies

ReBio Pharma develops targeted therapies for ocular oncology. Its proprietary SiSu® platform designs locally delivered drug conjugates that aim to give programmable drug exposure across targets and indications. The lead program, RBP-01, is a SiSu®-conjugated PKC inhibitor delivered by intravitreal injection, listed in Phase 1/2 for uveal melanoma.

The pipeline also includes RBP-02 for retinoblastoma and RBP-03 for ocular oncology, both listed as preclinical, plus an oncology discovery program (RBP-05) and a glaucoma research program (RBLP) at preclinical stage. The company does not sell products; it is pursuing clinical development of its candidates.

ReBio Technologies Oy was founded in 2015 and is headquartered in Raisio, Finland. The company relaunched with a focus on ocular oncology in November 2025, and in July 2026 appointed Mandeep Sagoo as Chief Medical Officer. Its leadership team includes CEO Roi Raz and co-CTOs Harri Jukarainen and Jukka Tuominen.
