About Realax
Realax develops an AI gym and nutrition coach for iPhone and Apple Watch. The coach builds a training plan from the user's goals, training days and equipment, adjusts it to how the user actually trains, and runs sets, rest timers and warm-ups on the watch. Meals can be logged by photo, voice, text or barcode, with calories and protein estimated.
The app is aimed at individual users. It shows trained muscle groups, recovery and strength development on a 3D muscle figure. Apple Health data is used only if the user grants permission, and the company states that health data is used for coaching and never for advertising. The app is described as a wellness app, not a medical device. Realax states that it offers no development, marketing or consulting services to other companies and that all its work goes into this one product. The app is in closed beta on TestFlight, and its App Store launch is in preparation.
Realax s. r. o. was founded on 24 January 2024 and has its registered office in Veľké Kapušany, Slovakia. The company designs and runs its own iOS and watchOS apps and the backend behind them.
