RD Portage

RD Portage is a French portage salarial company. It lets independent professionals work on client missions while holding an employment contract and payslip, without creating their own company. The company manages contracts, invoicing, payroll and administrative obligations, and gives each worker an online space for timesheets, expense claims and documents.

Customers are independent consultants and freelancers in many trades, who sign an employment contract and a portage agreement with RD Portage, and client companies, which sign a service contract with the company. RD Portage charges a 4% management fee and offers an interest-free cash advance so that workers are paid without waiting for client invoices to be settled.

RD Portage was founded on 1 April 2022 and is based in Montigny-le-Bretonneux (Saint-Quentin-en-Yvelines), Île-de-France. The company is part of RD Group. Its financial guarantee and health and provident insurance are provided by AXA, and it serves clients and workers across France.
