About Rauhoitettu

Rauhoitettu Oy runs Rosen Method School Finland, which teaches the Rosen Method through basic, follow-on, movement and anatomy courses and lecture weekends. The courses are body-oriented and include a basic course open to all, and follow-on courses for people who have completed the basic course.

The company was founded in 2023 and is registered in Kerava. Its course room in Meilahti is 105 m² and holds around 14–18 people on yoga mats or 32 on chairs. Courses are also held in Porvoo, Helsinki and Hämeenlinna.
