About Radius Systems
Radius Systems makes polyethylene (PE) pipes, fittings and pipeline valves for gas, water, power and telecoms networks. Its range includes corrosion-free fittings, the Puriton barrier water pipe system for contaminated land, Aeon pipeline valves and the Hyperion pipe for hydrogen. It also offers pipeline engineering services, including emergency call-outs. The Radius Systems CTS division produces blown fibre and cable ducting at a facility in Lurgan, Northern Ireland.
Customers are utilities, network providers and construction contractors in the gas, water, energy, power and telecoms sectors, as well as distributors. Products are sold directly and through a nationwide network of merchant stockists across the UK.
Radius Systems was founded in 1981 and is headquartered in Alfreton, Derbyshire. It is part of Radius Group Holdings, and its track record dates back to 1969, when it first developed PE pipelines. Its quality management system is certified to ISO 9001:2015. Current job openings include a stock controller in Hilcote, Derbyshire and a site technician in Bridgend, Wales.
