About Quanturi
Quanturi builds wireless temperature monitoring systems for fermentable and combustible materials kept in storage. Wireless probes placed in the stored material send continuous readings to a base station and to the Quanturi software application, which visualises the data, lets users set custom alerts and sends notifications by phone call, e-mail or SMS. Monitored materials include hay, grain, compost, woodchips, potatoes, peat, sawdust and laundry.
Customers are farmers and operators of agricultural and forestry storage; the company states that more than 2,500 customers use its technology. Its systems produce monitoring reports and temperature records used for traceability and compliance, as well as for quality control of stored materials.
Quanturi was founded in 2016 and has its headquarters in Helsinki, Finland. It works with partners in business development, manufacturing and distribution, and has local representatives across Europe. The company holds the Data-Agri label issued by the FNSEA and the Young French Farmers association for compliance with a charter on the use of agricultural data.
