About Quant Master Servicer
Quant is a Greek loan and receivables management company that manages non-performing loans and provides debt restructuring solutions to borrowers. It acts on behalf of credit or financial institutions and investors based or legally established in the European Union. Borrower solutions include extended repayment terms, interest rate reduction, debt relief, interest-free or low-interest settlement, full debt settlement, and voluntary property surrender.
Its clients are credit and financial institutions and investors. Services cover consumer and mortgage loans, loans to small, medium and large businesses, leasing and real estate. Real estate asset management is provided in cooperation with Qualco Real Estate, part of Qualco Group. The company was founded in July 2017 by its parent company QUALCO Technology S.A. and began specialising in NPL management later that year.
Quant is headquartered in Marousi, Athens, and was licensed by the Bank of Greece in November 2017, relicensed in May 2024. It is rated by Fitch Ratings and states that it has managed portfolios exceeding €10 billion. The company reports more than 250 employees. Its open positions include financial advisors, collection agents, a complaints management officer and an IT support engineer, some with full remote options.
