Qualisteo

Qualisteo makes energy management systems for industrial and commercial sites. Its Lynx connected sub-meter measures electricity, water, gas, compressed air and other fluids without interrupting operations, and its Wattseeker software provides real-time monitoring, automatic alerts and reports. The company also offers energy audits and engineering support aimed at ISO 50001 compliance and savings verification under the IPMVP method.

Customers are industrial and tertiary sites, served directly and through a network of approved installer partners. Revenue comes from hardware sales with annual licences, annual software subscriptions, leasing over 24 to 60 months, and a performance-based offer in which Qualisteo is paid from verified energy savings for factories consuming more than €500,000 of energy per year.

Qualisteo was founded in 2010 in Nice, where its Lynx systems are designed and produced. Its website reports more than 1,100 sites equipped in over 45 countries and an average saving of 12.4% in 2025. The company holds the Greentech Innovation label and is a member of the La French Tech 2030 programme. It is currently hiring an Engineering & Installation Project Manager based in Nice.
