Qbtech develops objective ADHD diagnostic and monitoring software for healthcare clinicians. The company offers two main FDA-cleared medical device products: QbTest for in-clinic testing and QbCheck for remote/at-home testing. Both are designed to support ADHD evaluation, treatment monitoring, and patient management using objective clinical data.

Qbtech sells its testing platform to mental health providers, psychiatrists, primary care physicians, educational institutions, and clinical researchers. Revenue comes from licensing and subscription fees for clinical use of the testing software. By 2024, the company reported over 10,000 clinicians using its technology globally and supporting more than 1 million patient test takers.

The technology has been validated through over 40 clinical studies spanning 20+ years of research. In 2024, QbTest became the first ADHD diagnostic technology to receive a National Institute for Clinical Excellence (NICE) recommendation in the UK. The company partnered with Verdane Capital in 2022 to accelerate growth in the ADHD diagnostics software market.
