Q ENERGY develops, builds and manages utility-scale renewable energy projects, including solar, onshore and offshore wind, battery energy storage (BESS) and hybrid power plants. Its services cover development, engineering, procurement and construction (EPC), operation and maintenance (O&M), and investment and transactions. Green hydrogen is described as a planned future business area.

The company names municipalities, investors, landowners, farmers, and industry and commerce as its target groups. For selected projects it also provides asset management and acts as an independent power producer (IPP). The website does not describe its revenue model in detail.
