PUMPA

Pumpa, a.s. imports, sells and services pumps. It is the exclusive importer in the Czech Republic of brands including Calpeda, Stairs, Umbra Pompe, Speroni, Zenit, Franklin Electric and GWS, and it also develops its own pump product lines, which the website says number more than 70 items.

Customers include households, building services, water-management and industrial and agricultural users, in the Czech Republic and abroad. Revenue comes from pump and water-system sales through its e-shop pumpa.cz, two branches and partner shops, and from warranty and post-warranty repair, installation, commissioning and pump rental, with a non-stop service line.

The company states that it was founded in 1991 and is headquartered at U Svitavy 54/1 in Brno, where it also runs a service centre and training facility. The website reports more than 80 employees and holds ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and ISO 27001 certificates. Its current open position is an external service technician working across the Czech Republic and partly in Slovakia.
