Provacta

Provacta is a web application that records each cleaning task with a photo, time and location. Workers open it in a phone browser without installing anything, log in with a name and four-digit PIN, and scan a QR code on each room to start the checklist. Task timers run on the server, and a result photo is required to close a task by default.

The product is aimed at cleaning companies that want to document completed work for their clients, and at building owners and managers who commission cleaning and want to see what the contractor actually did. The website names shopping centres, office buildings, schools and production sites as typical sites.
