About Proud to be a planner

Proud to be a Planner recruits, trains and places planners in healthcare (zorg). Planners are placed within healthcare organisations, where they support teams with scheduling during sickness, holidays, peak demand and temporary understaffing.

Its customers are healthcare organisations in the Netherlands that use placed planners. Candidates range from people new to planning who are training for the role to experienced planners looking for variety or further development.

Current open roles are planner positions in healthcare (Planner Zorg) across many Dutch cities, including Amsterdam, Rotterdam, Utrecht, Groningen and Maastricht, plus a talent sourcer role. The hiring process starts with a recruiter call, followed by an introduction afternoon and then contract and start.
