PPF banka

PPF banka is a Czech bank that provides financial and investment services to corporate, public and private clients. The bank says it is very active in the Czech government bond market and launched SEPA Instant Payments for clients on 1 September 2026.

Its main shareholders are PPF Financial Holdings a.s. (92.96%) and the City of Prague (6.73%). The bank was founded in 1992 under the name ROYAL BANKA CS, a. s., and adopted the name PPF banka a. s. in 2004. It is part of the PPF investment group and is headquartered in Praha 6.
