PÖTTINGER Landtechnik GmbH develops, manufactures and sells agricultural machinery for grassland and arable farming. The website lists mowers, tedders, swath rakes, loader wagons, round balers, seed drills, ploughs, cultivators, harrows and disc harrows.

The customers are farmers working grassland and arable land. The website points visitors to a dealer search and a country selector covering Europe, America, Oceania and international markets, which suggests sales through a dealer network. The site does not describe the revenue model in detail.

The company describes itself as a family business with more than 150 years of history and more than 2,000 employees, and states that it develops, builds and assembles 18,000 parts in its own plants. Its career page lists open positions in Austria, Germany and the Czech Republic, including apprenticeships in metalworking and engineering, procurement, product management, HR and engineering data management. The website is published in German.
