Pleo provides smart corporate cards, reimbursements, invoice management and accounting integrations, so companies can track and control business spending in one tool. Its pricing is per user per month across Start, Build and Optimise plans, with additional fees for cash withdrawals and in-app reimbursements; the site says it serves more than 40,000 companies in 16 European countries.

The website targets businesses grouped as small (1–49 employees), mid-sized (50–1000) and large (1000+), and cites a finance director at a customer that processes 3,000 reimbursements a year through the platform. Integrations listed include Xero, QuickBooks, NetSuite, Sage, DATEV, SAP S/4HANA and Visma.

Pleo was founded in 2015 in Copenhagen by Jeppe Rindom and Niccolo Perra and has offices in Copenhagen, London, Berlin, Stockholm, Madrid, Lisbon, Paris, Amsterdam and Chennai. The company describes a team of over 800 people (its careers page says over 850) and mentions a Series C round. Its 29 open roles cover sales, customer success, legal and compliance, fraud and risk, analytics, engineering and finance across several of these cities.
