About Pledg

Pledg builds payment facility solutions that let merchants offer instalment and deferred payment options to their customers. Its product connects natively to e-commerce platforms and payment providers, handles acceptance procedures and refunds, and reconciles accounting automatically.

Pledg's customers are merchants and marketplaces online, and retailers, call centres and other businesses in store, across sectors such as travel, retail and services.

Pledg is a French SAS founded on 11 October 2016 and headquartered in Paris. In February 2024 it became a wholly owned subsidiary of Crédit Agricole Personal Finance & Mobility, which operates the Sofinco brand.

Product: Modular payment facility (BNPL) solution for online and in-store merchants, with native e-commerce integrations and automated reconciliation.
