plancraft

plancraft GmbH develops "Handwerker Software", a web and mobile system for craft businesses. It covers quotes and order documents, a job planning board, time tracking and site documentation in a mobile app, invoicing, and DATEV export to tax advisers. An AI feature drafts quotes from a user's prompt and attached documents.

Customers are small and mid-sized craft businesses such as painters, tilers and roofers, with tiers for sole traders up to large firms. The company sells monthly or annual subscriptions in Business, Pro and Premium plans, with extra licences for office and mobile users. A free trial is offered, and the website states that over 30,000 craftsmen use the software.

The company was founded in 2019 according to registry data. Its website lists offices in Hamburg, Vienna and Amsterdam, and reports a financing round of more than 12 million euros in June 2024 and over 150 employees. Current openings include engineering, AI product, customer support, sales and marketing roles, with hiring locations in Warsaw, Milan, Madrid and Vienna.
