pitchyou.de

PitchYou is a mobile recruiting product that runs job applications and automated interviews over WhatsApp. Applicants find matching roles, answer screening questions and complete an AI-supported interview in the chat, with automatic translation into the applicant's language. Answers are passed into the employer's applicant management system (ATS) or, without one, into PitchYou's own applicant management software.

Customers are employers and staffing or recruiting teams. PitchYou is offered as a standalone solution or integrated with an ATS, with pricing on request. Named customers include I.K. Hofmann GmbH, GI Group, PME Familienservice GmbH and W.I.S Sicherheit + Service GmbH & Co. KG.

PitchYou has been part of talentsconnect operations GmbH since December 2024, and the product has since been renamed talentsconnect ChatAgent. The company is headquartered in Köln, Germany. It cites over 750 customer companies, a 82% interview completion rate, more than 30 integrations with applicant tracking systems, and use of the WhatsApp Business API with servers in Germany.
