Piktiv

Piktiv is a Swedish game technology consultancy and part of Generate Group. It ports and co-develops games, with services including full-range porting to mobile and consoles, co-development strike teams, crossplay and backend work, platform-specific UI/UX, and post-launch maintenance and optimization. The same engineering is applied to real-time simulation and digital twins, simulation-generated synthetic data, sensor fusion, AR/XR operator interfaces and 3D visualization for defence, industry and medtech.

Its customers are game studios and publishers, along with organisations in defence, industry and medtech. Work is delivered either as a remote extension of a client's team or as an independently owned workstream. The website cites 35 platform builds shipped, Valheim versions shipped across several platforms, and two titles launched on Switch 2 in their first year.

Piktiv has offices in Skövde, Örebro, Göteborg and Stockholm. Its principal developers previously shipped games at Avalanche, Remedy, Starbreeze and Pieces Interactive. The company is an Unreal Silver Partner, co-hosts Unity Developer Days at its Örebro office, and is an Örebro University research partner with EU-funded R&D. Open roles include a senior real-time 3D developer for Unreal or Unity and an open application for experienced game programmers.
