Its stated focus is long-duration power sources for cis-lunar, lunar surface and Mars surface missions, and for remote, autonomous mining and deep ocean exploration and monitoring.
Stated customers include governments, space agencies and commercial space exploration companies, for whom solutions are planned from 2027 onwards. For terrestrial use, the company names research, exploration, defence, infrastructure and mining organisations as target customers.
The company is a University of Leicester spin-out founded in 2024 and headquartered at Space Park Leicester, UK, with an office in Dayton, Ohio, US. Its cornerstone investor is Reef Origin Group.
