Perhepalvelukeskus Kotisatama

Perhepalvelukeskus Kotisatama Oy provides family rehabilitation, a planned and goal-oriented therapeutic service for the whole family. It aims to secure children's growth conditions, support parents in their upbringing role and strengthen the family's own resources. Methods include everyday activity guidance, therapeutic work in daily life, parenting discussions, key-worker support, network work and trauma-informed work.

The service is offered as residential rehabilitation in furnished apartments at the company's Seinäjoki unit, where the family lives for the rehabilitation period, or as outpatient family rehabilitation in the family's own home. Clients are families receiving open-care child welfare support, and each rehabilitation plan is drawn up together with the family and the social worker. Rehabilitation is free of charge for the client, and families can apply to Kela for rehabilitation allowance for that period. A separate programme supports families with infants.

The company was founded in October 2023 and is based in Seinäjoki, Finland. Staff are on site on weekdays from about 8 to 21 and on Saturdays from about 9 to 17.
