About Perch Group

Perch Group is a UK credit management and debt resolution group. Its brands cover debt purchase and analytics (Perch Capital), FCA-regulated debt resolution (ACI-UK), litigation through the SRA-regulated solicitor firm TM Legal Services, field reconnection (Verify) and business process outsourcing (Connect).

The group buys debt portfolios and collects them, and it also runs collection and recovery services for clients. Its stated clients are creditors that outsource debt resolution, and the customers whose balances it works to resolve. The group reports funding arrangements including a £25M senior debt line in 2019, a £25M junior debt facility following a 2022 management buyout backed by Quilam Capital, and a £300M amendment to its funding arrangements in 2025.

Perch Group was formed in 2018 by bringing together ACI-UK and TM Legal Services; the website traces its origins to TM Legal Services in Blackpool in 2016. Offices are in Blackpool, Manchester and Skipton in England, and Connect operates a centre of excellence in Durban, South Africa. Current openings include data engineering, analyst, development and solicitor roles in Blackpool and Manchester.
