About Payprop

PayProp provides a bank-integrated platform for rental payments, reconciliation and client accounting. Features include arrears management, tenant portals and maintenance ticketing.

Letting agencies pay a monthly service fee based on processing volume, plus a setup fee and licence. The platform serves agencies in the UK and other markets, including the US, Canada and South Africa.

PAYPROP LIMITED is headquartered in London and was founded in 2005. PayProp received investment from Accel-KKR in 2022 and merged with Reapit in 2023.
