PalkkaOnline Group Oy runs an invoicing and payroll service for light entrepreneurs (kevytyrittäjät) and sole traders (toiminimiyrittäjät) in Finland. Light entrepreneurs can invoice clients without their own company or business ID; the service handles taxes, insurance and paperwork and pays the remaining salary to their bank account. For sole traders it covers invoicing, bookkeeping and tax filings. An advance payment option pays the salary once an invoice is sent, before the client pays.

Customers are light entrepreneurs and sole traders, as well as businesses that hire them through the service and pay a single invoice. The company earns a service fee of 1.9% of the salary withdrawn, plus 1.5% for PalkkaOnline Turva, its insurance package that includes liability cover and accident insurance. There are no monthly fees. A campaign rate of 0.99% applies during 2026. Insurance is provided together with LähiTapiola.

PalkkaOnline was founded in 2019 and is headquartered in Kuopio, Finland. The website states it has over 12,000 users. It was named Finland's top growth company of 2024 by Kauppalehti and is the official invoicing service of the Santa Claus Foundation (Joulupukkisäätiö). Apps are available for iOS and Android.
