About PagerDuty
PagerDuty sells its Operations Cloud, an incident management platform covering alerting, on-call scheduling, incident response and post-incident reviews, with AI agents such as SRE Agent, Scribe Agent, Shift Agent and Insights Agent. It integrates with more than 750 tools, including Datadog, Slack, ServiceNow, Jira and AWS, and offers open APIs and MCP support.

Revenue comes from platform subscriptions sold in tiers (Starter, Essential, Plus and Ultimate, with a Free and Professional plan for incident management) plus add-ons, credit packs and professional services.
