About Oxford Lasers
Oxford Lasers designs, builds and uses laser-integrated tools for micromachining and high-speed imaging. Its Micromachining Division sells laser micromachining systems in nanosecond, picosecond and femtosecond configurations and offers contract services for laser cutting, drilling, milling, scribing and patterning. Founded in 1977 as a spin-out of the University of Oxford by Andrew Kearsley and Prof. Colin Webb, initially to manufacture excimer lasers. The company is headquartered in Oxford, United Kingdom, and also operates from a site in Didcot, Oxfordshire, and has an office in the USA.
