About Orika

Orika is a French company that develops retail software. Its latest major release, Oriane, is an omnichannel suite for in-store checkout, customer self-scan and mobile apps, loyalty and marketing campaigns, centralised reporting at headquarters, and IT management of store systems. The product modules are O4-Store, O4-Marketing, O4-Management, O4-IT and O4-Mobility. The software is LNE certified as cash register software and is built on an open-source architecture that runs on a wide range of retail hardware.

Customers are retail companies of various sizes. Orika offers standardised products as well as tailored solutions built to customer specifications. It works with IT companies including NTT DATA, NCR and Atos to deliver software for retail sector needs.

Orika was founded in 2001 by Fouad Mazouz and is headquartered in Saint-Denis, France. The company states that it has installed its software on 25,000 POS terminals in 17 countries, with main rollouts in France, Italy, Belgium, Poland and Morocco, followed by sub-Saharan Africa and Asia.
