Open Pass is a cloud-based platform for selling and redeeming multi-attraction passes, tickets and tours. It groups tickets into itineraries and passes, provides a booking management system for ticket sales and tour operators, and includes a live booking app for admissions. The software was built by TWG Systems, and the idea for the product dates to 2012.
The platform is used by attractions, tour operators, destination management organisations (DMOs), hotels and online travel agents. Attractions connect to trade partners that sell their products, including Viator, GetYourGuide and Tiqets, and integrations are available via API. Open Pass negotiates commission rates with partners.
Open Pass was acquired by Ten Oceans in 2021, alongside sister companies Attraction World Group and Prioticket. Its passes include the Edinburgh City Pass and the Shakespeare's England Explorer Pass, and it manages tours for DMOs such as Visit Cambridge and Experience Oxfordshire. The company reports issuing over £8,000,000 of tickets in 2019.
