About Opendatasoft

Huwise, formerly Opendatasoft, builds a data product marketplace: a platform where organisations create, publish, govern and track data products for business users and AI agents. Features include AI search, data contracts, output ports, a business glossary, data lineage, API-based data sharing and an MCP server that connects AI agents to the marketplace.

Customers are public and private organisations, including governments, cities, municipalities, public institutions, energy network operators and businesses that share open or internal data. The company designs and deploys tailored data product marketplaces for its clients. It reports more than 350 clients in over 25 countries, and its published client stories include UK Power Networks and E-REDES.

Founded in 2011, the company is headquartered in Paris and has offices in Nantes and Boston. It reports over 90 employees and a recent funding round of $21M. In 2025 Opendatasoft was renamed Huwise (Human+Wise).
