The website states that 85% of requests can be completed fully online; other cases are referred to an appointment at the chosen practice. The company also says an internal AI team is developing an AI-based diagnostic medical device for skin diseases, and the website displays a CE marking for its medical device.
Customers are patients in Germany with skin problems. Most statutory health insurers and all private insurers cover the service, which is then free for the patient; otherwise patients pay a one-time fee of 44.87 euros. The network includes more than 750 dermatologists in Germany, and the website states that hospitals in Switzerland use the service for digital consultations on dermatological cases.
