About OneStock

OneStock builds a distributed order management system. It gives merchants a real-time view of inventory across stores, warehouses, suppliers and in-transit stock, and selects the fulfilment location for each order. The platform also includes a store app for in-store teams, customer service tools for order tracking, AI agents, and machine-learning decision support. It supports the MCP, UCP and ACP standards for connecting to AI shopping channels.

Its customers are brands, retailers and B2B merchants, with case studies published for Longchamp, Pets at Home, Dune London, Orlebar Brown, Hackett and LKQ. The company states that it serves merchants in the US, Canada, Europe and Asia.

OneStock was founded in 2014 in Toulouse, France, by Romulus Grigoras, Benoit and Vincent. It lists offices in Toulouse, Paris, London, Milan, Cambridge (Massachusetts) and Saarbrücken. More than half of its team are R&D engineers. Its open positions include a Support Analyst and a Staff Front-End Engineer, both in Toulouse.
