About OllieShip Consulting

OllieShip Consulting OÜ is a consultancy that works on customer experience and operations, commercial strategy, operating model design, and business readiness and change. Engagements usually begin with a diagnostic, followed by design and the change that makes it operational, and each stage can be commissioned on its own.

Its customers are transport and logistics businesses in aviation, ocean shipping, ports and logistics. Engagements are scoped, priced and delivered by the founder, Chris Nordström, and are offered as interim, contract or advisory work.

The company was founded in 2025 and is based in Tallinn, Estonia. Coverage is global, remote or on rotation. The founder's background includes establishing a global customer care function for a shipping group and sitting on the board of a container group's business process operation with several thousand colleagues across two countries.

Product: Customer experience and operations diagnostics, commercial strategy, target operating model design, and change readiness engagements.
