Offwork provides an employer-funded travel perk. Employers contribute monthly to a travel fund for their team, and employees book flights and accommodation through the Offwork platform. Bookings cover over 140 airlines and 2 million places to stay, and flights booked through the platform are automatically carbon offset.
The customers are employers that fund the perk for their staff, typically HR and people teams. Employers pay a minimum of $15 per team member per month on one consolidated monthly invoice, with no software fees. Team leaders can also issue one-off Gifts with a personalised message, which can be used for points towards hotels and flights.
