About Nowos
NOWOS provides lithium-ion battery lifecycle services: diagnostics such as capacity testing, resistance measurement and BMS analysis, repair using OEM-approved parts, and preventive maintenance. When repair is not possible, it offers dismantling, component reuse, second-life repurposing with third parties and compliant recycling. It also offers expert consulting and eco-engineering for battery design, repairability and total cost of ownership.
Customers are battery and vehicle manufacturers, shared micromobility operators and fleet operators across Europe. The company states it has worked on more than 100 battery brands and describes itself as a social enterprise. Collection and delivery of batteries within Europe is arranged under ADR rules, and batteries awaiting repair are stored in secure outdoor containers.
