NovaFaktura s.r.o. operates Nová Faktúra, a web application for creating invoices and other business documents online. Document types listed on the site include invoices, proforma invoices, cash receipts (income and expense), delivery notes, price quotes, credit notes and tax documents for received payments.

Registered users can fill in company details automatically from the Slovak business register (ORSR), add a logo, signature or stamp, use automatic invoice numbering, and store documents in cloud storage. Registration is free and includes one year of free use; after that the site states a fee of 2.50 EUR per month, so revenue comes from subscriptions.

The company is registered in Slovakia, with its registered seat in Dubnica nad Váhom, and was founded on 29 February 2024. The website is in Slovak and states that support for mandatory electronic invoicing under legislation effective from 1 January 2027 is in preparation.
