Nous

Nous is a household AI agent that takes over bills and life admin, including energy, broadband, mobile and car insurance switching, subscription cancellations, appointments and refund claims. Users connect accounts such as a bank or email inbox, and the agent reports back and takes requests over WhatsApp.

Households can use Nous for free with up to two managed services and one login. The Premium plan costs £6.99 per household per month and adds unlimited managed services, household logins, subscription tracking, cash rewards and 24/7 agent support, subject to a fair use cap. The company says it earns from Premium subscriptions and from provider commissions when Free members switch deals, and that it does not sell data or sell advertising.

Nous describes itself as run by a UK-based team and is a certified B Corp. The website states 250k+ households use the service and about 20x year-on-year growth. The careers page lists eight open roles across engineering, product, growth, finance, operations and commercial, all based at Nous HQ. Co-founders listed on the about page include Greg Marsh (CEO), Jon Rudoe (CCO), Glen Walker (COO) and Sina Shamshiri (CTO).
