About Norma

Norma is a subsidiary of Autoliv that manufactures automotive safety system components. Its listed processes include sheet metal stamping, plastic injection moulding, isothermal hardening and galvanic coating, across more than 150 product categories.

Its end customers are almost all well-known car manufacturers worldwide, which are served through its parent group Autoliv.

Founded in 1996 and headquartered in Tallinn, Norma operates a plant there that employs around 800 people. It has more than 60 engineers and lists open roles in production and maintenance, including maintenance locksmith, production tool maker, plastic moulding operator and setter.
