NORDBEANS.CZ roasts its own coffee in Liberec from green coffee bought from farmers in South America, Africa and Asia. The range also includes tea, a hot chocolate made with 67% chocolate and cocoa, and branded coffee and tea packs for corporate gifts.

Customers include consumers who buy through the e-shop, which has a customer loyalty program, and cafés, restaurants and hotels across the Czech Republic that buy wholesale. The company runs three of its own venues in Liberec, including the DOK café with a bistro and roastery, and a bakery that supplies bread and pastries.

The company was founded in 2015 in Liberec by brothers Martin and Karel. Its website lists open positions for a head baker, baker, cook, cleaning staff, packaging staff and a part-time operations technician.
