About NoctuaEM
NoctuaEM is an education and development company that runs in-person workshops, coaching, mentoring and assessment programmes. Its main course is a 4-hour workshop on self-knowledge and emotion regulation under stress, which combines personality testing with practical techniques and a graded practical assessment. The company also prepares and runs Assessment Centres and Development Management Programmes, and offers career and HR counselling.
Customers are individuals and organisations; the workshop is aimed at leaders, managers, people in helping professions, teachers and coaches, and is open to participants from 18 years of age. Revenue comes from course fees charged per participant: the listed price is 127 EUR per person, or 97 EUR per person for two or more participants from one organisation, excluding VAT.
